The Luapula River
The Luapula River flows from the southern tip of Lake Bangweulu, specifically Lake Walilupe, which is separated from the main lake by Mbabala Island. It flows for 733.2Km and into Lake Mweru, forming a 602.0Km part of the DR Congo – Zambia boundary.

Among the tourist attractions and places of interest in Zambia is the Lusaka National Museum. The museum is on Independence Avenue and 1.9Km from the city centre of the national capital, Lusaka. Exhibitions include Art, archaeology and Zambian traditions.

Waterfalls on the Lufubu river
The Lufubu River, in the Northern Province of Zambia, flows into Lake Tangnyika. On this river, on the boundary between Mpulungu District and Nsama District are three waterfalls. Chimanga Falls, Bulalo Falls and Chaka Falls. Further downstream are Mwepwe Falls and Kavuna Falls.

Boat cruise on Lake Mweru
The MV Kapale, a 120 Seater passenger boat, transports passengers to Kilwa Island some 27.5Km/14.8 Nm, and Isokwe Island, a much shorter distance away on Lake Mweru from the town of Nchelenge on the shore of the lake. Boat cruises lasting for 2Hrs are also offered on this boat.
